Due to an unprecedented level of demand, Vickerstock Specialist Recruitment are looking to add x2 Recruitment Consultants to our thriving Food Manufacturing/FMCG Division.

A typical day as a Specialist Recruiter with Vickerstock:
While no day in recruitment can be described as "typical" some of your core responsibilities on a day-to-day basis are:
- Developing business with new and existing clients
- Proactively engaging with both active and passive candidates using a variety of methods;
- Shortlisting roles, booking interviews, managing the offer and acceptance process
- Networking to build your market knowledge
- Share industry specific commentary to your network via social media
- Work with our dedicated marketing manager to build your personal brand
We are looking for people who are/have:
- Driven and energetic; ambitious and motivated - we will give you the rest of the tools, the systems, the training, the knowledge, a really targeted database, the connections and all the support you need to succeed in this role
- Goal orientated mindset - enjoy achieving set targets
