Sales Administrator


We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Greater Belfast. The Sales Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.

Your new role as Sales Administrator

  • Providing customer service and dealing with sales and marketing queries
  • Distribution of correspondence for all Distributor sales and marketing activities
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring documentation is correct
  • To manage and deal with customer enquiries, arranging face to face meetings and provide all supporting administration.
  • Carry out customer care calls to ensure customers are pleased with the product and service
  • Effectively use CRM and other internal systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date.


What you'll need to succeed as a Sales Administrator

  • A proven track record in administration
  • Strong Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite)
