Sales Administrator
We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Greater Belfast. The Sales Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.
Your new role as Sales Administrator
- Providing customer service and dealing with sales and marketing queries
- Distribution of correspondence for all Distributor sales and marketing activities
- Processing customer orders and ensuring documentation is correct
- To manage and deal with customer enquiries, arranging face to face meetings and provide all supporting administration.
- Carry out customer care calls to ensure customers are pleased with the product and service
- Effectively use CRM and other internal systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date.
What you'll need to succeed as a Sales Administrator
- A proven track record in administration
- Strong Customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite)
