Sales Administrator

We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Toomebridge. The Sales Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.

Your new role as Sales Administrator

Raising sales orders and inputting details on ERP system

Ensuring stock levels are correct

Providing customer service and dealing with enquiries

Liasing with the Warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for dispatch

Effectively use CRM and other internal systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date.

Administration duties

What you'll need to succeed as a Sales Administrator

  • A proven track record in administration
  • Experience using Excel
  • CRM experience
  • Strong Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building
  • A team player who can also work independently.
