Job description
Sales Administrator
Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for a leading employer based in Enniskillen on a permanent basis.
The Hours of work are: Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm & Friday 8:00am -4:00pm
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Management and upkeep of data bases
- Data input orders onto the system
- Processing orders
- General administrative duties
- Corresponding with other departments to resolve queries
- Planning driver rotas
- Invoicing and providing credit notes
The Sales Administrator must be able to demonstrate the following;
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to demonstrate ability to be extremely organised
- Strong attention to detail
