Sales Representative

Northern Ireland

Vickerstock are currently working alongside a leading provider of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to the food, retail, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors, to appoint a driven Sales Representative to help accelerate growth and deepen customer relationships within the business.

Your new role as a Sales Representative;

  • Proactively identify and win new business through prospecting, networking, and customer meetings
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to maximise retention
  • Present the product range and tailor value-added, sustainable solutions to customer needs
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualification, quotations, samples, pricing, negotiation and close
  • Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline; produce weekly/monthly sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Design, Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; feed insights into product and pricing strategy
  • Uphold CRM hygiene and follow agreed sales processes and KPIs

What you will need to succeed;

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (packaging/manufacturing/FMCG advantageous)
  • Strong business development capability and confident closer, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • The ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships at multiple levels
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and resilient; comfortable managing a busy diary and territory
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full, clean driving licence (role involves customer site visits)
