Senior Contracts Manager (Water) | Belfast or Dublin
Vickerstock are working alongside one of Ireland's leading water and wastewater contractors to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager. The organisation has been engaged by NIW as part of the IF106 Framework for the Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) and construction delivery phases on two large, interconnected wastewater pumping and treatment facilities in Belfast. The successful individual can be based in Belfast or Dublin. However, if based in Dublin, you will be required to spend a minimum of 2-days in Belfast.

Your new role as a Senior Contracts Manager (Water)
As the Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation meet their contractual obligations under the NEC form of contract. The role will support an integrated delivery team in providing robust commercial and contract management practices.

What you will need to succeed as a Senior Contracts Manager (Water)

• A relevant construction / engineering related degree.
• Extensive industry experience, preferably within the water sector and ideally with experience of delivering large-scale, public infrastructure projects.
• Excellent knowledge of NEC contracts.
