Vickerstock are partnering with our Construction Consultancy client in their search for an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join their Infrastructure team in Belfast.

Your new role as a Senior Cost Manager

You will be joining an established team in a pivotal role. You will collaborate with other senior professionals on a major NI Transport Project, creating significant social, environmental and economic value. Bringing an outgoing approach to relationship building, you will advise both client and contractors on the best solutions from a qualitative and commercial perspective.

What you will need to succeed as Senior Cost Manager

• 7+ Years Experience in a Cost Management/Quantity Surveying Role.
• Experience in the use of NEC form of contract.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• Personable with strong communication skills to work with senior client stakeholders.
• Chartership is highly advantageous (e.g. RICS or SCSI)
