Senior HR Advisor (43k) (Dungannon)

Vickerstock is delighted to be working once again with a leading, global and well-established manufacturing organisation based in Dungannon in the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor to join their highly experienced HR team to provide HR Support to all employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure all HR Generalist duties, play pivotal role in the delivery of HR Strategy and work closely with stakeholders to understand business effectiveness whilst availing of a highly competitive package.

What will you do as a Senior HR Advisor?

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will take on the position of HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor on HR matters and assist in the development of HR strategy. Duties will include;

  • Devising, organising and delivering training and development for all employees of varying levels
  • Construct and update HR Policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current legislation
  • Manage the on-boarding process for all new employees
  • Act as a trusted advisor in employee relations cases ie. leading disciplinaries and grievances
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process and assist with goal-setting

What will you require as a Senior HR Advisor?

  • Obtained a Human Resources Qualification
  • Minimum of two years experience as a HR Generalist at Advisor Level
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, payroll, engagement initiatives, training and development
  • Preferable to have experience of working with stakeholders
