Senior Production Manager

£50k - £60k + Vehicle

Vickerstock are currently looking for a Senior Production Manager for one of our leading clients based in the Belfast Area. As a successful Operations Manager you will manage the efficient production and operations across your entire Business Unit.

Your new role as a Senior Production Manager

• Be responsible for a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Team Leaders and Production Operatives
• Work alongside the Manufacturing Engineers to deliver production KPI's
• Lead the departmental business improvement plans
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the production line
• Plan all production activity and manage daily work schedules
• Have responsibility for all operational and material costs including budgetary control

Your new role as a Senior Production Manager;

• You will have 4-5 years minimum experience within a similar role
• You will have experience withing a manufacturing organisation
• Previous experience Managing a team
• You will have excellent communication skills
