Senior Quantity Surveyor - Dungannon/East Midlands
Travel Requirement: Travel 1-2 nights a fortnight to sites in England

Vickerstock is partnering with a main contractor in NI to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a residential project.

The Role

• Negotiate sub-contractors
• Manage valuations and variations on projects
• Manage sub-contractor packages
• Review and mitigate budget risks
• Monthly reporting on project budget
• Guide junior members of the team

What You'll Need

• Degree level education in Quantity Surveying or similar (apprentice routes are welcome!)
• 8+ years experience
• Residential and commercial experience is ideal
• Strong contracts knowledge
• Ability to travel to England regularly for work
