Belfast City Centre Office - with work from home hybrid option: Monday to Thursday and an early finish on a Friday

Vickerstock have experienced significant growth over the past 12 months, and we are looking forward to our exciting expansion plans in 2023, so we are delighted to have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to come on board in our Accountancy and Finance division.

As a Senior Consultant, the entire experience with both clients and candidates starts with you, hence you will be a pivotal part of the growth of our Professional Services team.

You will be provided with everything you would need to drive the business forward and ensure you fulfil your career potential and encourage opportunities that match your ambitions.

About You

• Experienced Recruiter with 3+ year's experience
• You will have experience using various technologies and tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other social/online media
• Identify business opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional service to candidates and clients.
• Ensure consistent communication with candidates, clients and colleagues
• Mapping the market for potential new clients and identifying certain key people within existing clients to improve and expand upon those relationships.
