Project: 74 houses. Greenfield site

Salary: €65-75,000, Vehicle, 10% bonus, pension

The Role

• Work cloesly with Site and Project Manager to oversee works packages
• Work on the delivery of project along projected timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors to hit deadlines
• Ensure compliance with regulations, designs and company standards
• Complete Quality checks.
• Complete documentation related to project
• Order materials as required

What You'll Need

• 5 years experience as a Senior Site Engineer on a medium to large development
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with contractors and housing projects in the UK or Ireland
