Site Agent | Omagh

Vickerstock are currently working with a leading international construction company who provide an exceptional level of expertise across the construction sector. They are looking to add a Civil Site Agent to their team to initially work on a project for a few years in NI, with the opportunity to move to other projects upon completion.

Your New Role:

Within your new role you will oversee supervising and monitoring staff and sub-contractors' performance whilst ensuring a successful delivery of projects in line with deadlines and to the highest standard. On top of this you should demonstrate a clear understanding of specifications and building regulations, working with Project Managers to highlight and tackle any issues that arise. The successful individual should also have a strong knowledge of health and safety, ensuring this is always adhered to on site for all involved on the project.

What you will need to Succeed:

• 3+ years in a Site Agent position on civils projects
• 6+ years' experience working in Civils Construction
• Experience of UK and Irish building regulations
