Site Engineer | Antrim
Vickerstock are working with a leading Tier 1 Construction company to aid in their recruitment for two Site Engineers to join a growing contracts team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within their allocated budget. These roles have come about due to continued growth and success of this company on delivering projects across Northern Ireland.
Your New Role
In your new role as a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects up to the value of £5 million alongside a strong team of other site engineers and the Contracts Manager. You will demonstrate outstanding knowledge of AutoCAD, showing your ability to not only interpret these drawings but also transfer this information to site. Alongside AutoCAD you will use your skills in setting out and surveying with the likes of GPS and Total Station to ensure projects progress on time. A strong health and safety knowledge is a must for this role so you should have experience taking a proactive approach to managing health and safety on site as well as knowledge of completing the necessary paperwork.
What you will need to Succeed:
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience including tier 1 contractor experience.
- You should be educated to degree level, with a degree in Civil Engineering or relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Surveying Equipment
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety.
