Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Contractor on the appointment of a Construction Project Manager for a Cork City site

The project

You will work on an apartment development of 190 units in Cork City. This is a new site starting in Spring 2026, however, our client is ready to take on a Site Engineer now, to join another of their Cork residential sites until this one kicks off.

Your new role as Site Engineer

Coordinate site drawings.

Monitor the work of sub-contractors.

Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders

Complete setting out for the site team and sub-contractors.

Monitor ground works and contractors.

Maintain records and documentation.

Regularly report on project progress to Project Manager

What you'll need to be a successful Site Engineer

2 years experience as a Site Engineer.

Residential experience is a benefit; however candidates with Civil or other Construction experience are very welcome

A CSCS card

RC frame experience is beneficial
