Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Contractor on the appointment of a Construction Project Manager for their Cork City site

The project

You will work on an apartment development of 190 units in Cork City. This is a new site starting in Spring 2026, however, our client is ready to take on a Project Manager now, to join another of their sites until this one kicks off.

Your new role as Construction Project Manager

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality residential development
• Management of all works on site, ensuring project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, site teams, design teams and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery of project
• Monitor and report on progression
• Identify, mitigate and preemptively manage risks
• Oversee compliance on site, including key health and safety compliance
• Work closely with the Contracts Manager on long-term project success
• Foster a productive & safe culture on site

What you'll need to be successful as Construction Project Manager

• Previous experience managing the development of Apartment blocks
• A relevant degree or trade background
• 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
