Site Manager | Belfast - Travel to England Involved

Vickerstock are working with a leading Building Contractor who operate across the UK and Ireland to help in their recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This role will be to assist in the delivery of a project in England using their experience in the management of supplies and quality of product along with delivering this within budget.

Your New Role:

In your new role as a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall understanding of the commercial implications of the project and of the scope of works for each sub-contractor package. A strong understanding of the Piling and reinforced concrete sector is needed for this role as you will be in communication with key stakeholders of the projects ranging from the design team to the client and their representatives. As Site Manager you will understand your responsibilities when it comes to current health and safety policies for all on site and ensuring compliance on each project.

What you will need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in marine, flood defence and highway is desirable
• Proven ability to manage and control subcontractors in line with legislation.
• At least 4 years' experience within a site management role
• CSCS/CSR Card
• SMSTS qualified.
