Site Manager - Fit Out (Temporary Contract)
Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a respected fit out contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a flagship refurbishment project. This is a 13-week temporary contract, with the possibility of additional work following successful project delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Site Manager who thrives in high-quality, detail-focused environments.
The Role

• Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of finish
• Coordinating trades and materials to meet programme milestones
• Maintaining site records, RAMS and quality checks
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out or refurbishment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on site
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence

What's On Offer

• Day rate equivalent to £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
• 13-week temporary contract with potential for further work
