Site Manager (URGENT)

County Down

Vickerstock Construction have been retained by a leading construction company who operation throughout the UK & Ireland to source and experienced Site Manager to start asap on a major project in the County Down Area.

Your new role as a Site Manager;

• Report directly to senior management team including contracts manager and project director
• Provide accurate, consistent and professional records and reports
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Conduct risk assessments
• Follow construction drawings and works information to fine detail
• Survey sites to mitigate problems and check viability of design
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Liaising with engineers and have an understanding of site level

What you will need to succeed as a Site Manager;

• Experience in projects with NEW BUILD & REFURBISHMENT construction works
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is important
• Compliant and relevant 3rd part H&S site management training
