Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Retail & Wholesale business on the appointment of a Stores and Stock Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

As the Stores and Stock Manager, you will work in a varied position dealing with customers from the public, processing orders, communicating with different key accounts, and most importantly overseeing stock control and availability.

In your new role:

• Oversee daily store operations and manage the shop floor
• Deliver excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers
• Manage stock, deliveries, and customer orders
• Utilise stock control and invoicing systems, as well as email communications
• Work as a team and support other staff members
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous retail experience is essential; store or floor management experience is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Competent in computer use, including MS Office and stock systems
