This particular role is located in Belfast, working on a range of projects throughout Northern Ireland with a value of £5m to £150m.

Your new role as Submissions Technical Manager

As Submissions Technical Manager, you will become a valued member of an impressive pre-construction team. In this role, it is your responsibility to develop and manage the bid winning strategy. You will work with the pre-construction team in preparing the overall bid, reviewing, and analysing tender submission requirements and developing the overall process. You are required to liaise with internal and external parties to develop methodologies and quality submission responses. You will also attend presentations for Client interviews, when required, and attend site visits and tender interviews.

What you will need to succeed as Submissions Technical Manager (it would be great if you have these but don't worry if you don't-they are desired, not essential)

• Experience working in a Civil Engineering role
• Technical experience, particularly technical report writing
• Consultancy or Main Contractor experience
• Experience of construction techniques and risk mitigations within a Civil Engineering environment, particularly on marine, rail, bridge, road, and flood alleviation projects
• Working ability using CAD
