Vickerstock are working in partnership with an industry leading manufacturing firm in Co. Armagh on the appointment of an ambitious Supply Chain Planner.

Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Planning you will be responsible for the planning of materials across multiple facilities. You will be fully responsible for the procurement of materials and ensuring they are delivered on time.

In your new role:

• Building relationships with key suppliers and ensuring all materials are on site on time
• Ensuring all materials are ordered and scheduled to ensure the smooth day to day running of production
• Handling any delivery/invoice queries and resolving the issue in an efficient manner
• Working towards KPI targets and attending weekly meetings to deliver reports
• Daily use of the MRP system for managing suppliers and materials

What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working within a fast paced, manufacturing environment
• Sound working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Experience in managing suppliers
