Supply Chain Planner | Lisburn

Vickerstock are working in partnership with our leading brand FMCG Client with the appointment of a Supply Chain Planner to join their established and dynamic Team based in Lisburn.

If successful, you core responsibility will be planning the manufacturing schedule and/or raw materials required to ensure our clients products are available for customers when required. You will be heavily involved in data analysis, compilation, and communication to the rest of the business in order to make key decisions in demand and supply.

Your day to day as the successful Supply Chain Planner:

  • Scheduling and sequencing in production/raw materials planning process in order to ensure efficiency and supply
  • Review of data from multiple sources including demand planning, supplier information and production limitations and make decisions against these.
  • Provide daily updates for manufacturing, weekly routines and 3-month outlooks for purposes of business planning.
  • Manage inventory levels to business targets on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Manage successful new product launches, product delists and promotional activities
  • Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders in both inhouse and external in order to drive business performance.


Your Essential Ingredients

  • Proven experience within a FMCG environment
  • Excellent communicator and strong statistical knowledge
  • Practical knowledge of planning system tools (MRP)
  • IT Systems including Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

And great if you have this, however definitely not a deal breaker…

  • Extensive experience of planning tools including APO, ERP, SAP & PowerBI
  • Experience delivering change and process improvements
