Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with a leading global provider within the FMCG industry who have been successfully running for over 50 years. Due to their continued success, we are seeking an experienced Thermal Processing Technologist to join the team at the state-of-the-art facility based in Co Longford.

Reporting to the Quality Manager you will ensure compliance to the thermal processing requirements ensuring only safe food fully cooked is produced. Compliance to all requirements of the retailer COPs, Standards, BRC, IFS to ensure they are audit ready at all times.

We are looking for

• Third level qualification in Food Science or Quality Management
• Ideally 3-4 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment, with Thermal Processing experience
• Ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
• Ideally some experience in the development and management of quality systems in a regulated environment, including process management principles, document control and approval, internal audit, and continual improvement.
