Learning and Development Manager

Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a local success story in Co Fermanagh to recruit for a Learning and Development Manager to work within the HR Team. This is a permanent role.

The hours of work are: 08:00-17.30 Mon- Thursday & 08.00-16.00 Friday.

Your new role as a Learning and Development Manager

• Specialist knowledge and experience of learning and development to support delivery and implementation of the company People Plan through the planning, organising and delivery of training & learning initiatives.
• Working closely with the Health and Safety department to ensure mandatory training is in place Carrying out effective training needs analysis and design and deliver leadership and management development initiatives.
• Developing, implementing, a range of learning and organisational development initiatives
• Supporting Graduate and Apprenticeship schemes
• Ensuring the development and delivery of training encourages an open and inclusive culture.

What you will need to succeed as a Learning and Development Manager

• Previous experience in a relevant OD, L&D or HR role
• Relevant professional qualification or experience with a background of learning and organisational development
• Experience gained within a manufacturing organisation.
• Strong track record of the development and delivery of training programmes
• Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Must have experience of effectively managing projects and/or programmes on time and with agreed budget parameters and exceptional facilitation skills.
• Strong IT Skills
