Accounts Assistant
Armagh


Vickerstock are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Armagh on a permanent basis.

The hours of work are : Mon - Thu: 9am-5pm, Fri: 9am-2pm.

Your new role as an Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Maintaining Sales and Purchase ledgers
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reconciling customer payments
  • Producing customer invoices
  • Producing customer statements
  • Reconciling supplier payments
  • VAT returns
  • Intrastat returns
  • EC Sales list
  • Producing reports to assist with financial analysis
  • General administration duties
  • Inputting stock levels onto Sage 50 Accounts
  • Credit Card Statement reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed as an Accounts Assistant:

  • A minimum of two years' accounts experience ideally within a small to medium size business.
  • Experience using SAGE 50 Accounts
  • Excellent IT skills-experience of using a variety of computer software.
