An award-winning civil and structural engineering consultancy is seeking to a Civil Engineers at all levels form Senior to Management to join it's young, growing Dublin office. Your new role as a Civil Engineer (Senior / Principal)
As part of a new and growing team in Dublin, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure teams. You will work closely with senior leadership to help establish and grow the office's technical capabilities, while also contributing to high-profile projects across the company's wider portfolio. Depending on your level, your role may include team leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentoring of junior engineers - making this an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Dublin operation from the ground up.
What you will need to succeed as a Civil Engineer (Senior / Principal)
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with Engineers Ireland or an equivalent institution
- Significant experience in the design and delivery of bridge, highway, or heavy civil infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge, ideally with Eurocodes and experience in public sector or D&B environments
- Confidence in managing client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams
Desirable:
- Familiarity with design tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, or structural analysis software
- Interest in digital design, innovation, or sustainable infrastructure solutions
