Role: Construction After Sales Manager

Vickerstock are working with a Property Developer to appoint a Construction After Sales Manager to their team in Dublin.

This role is perfect for Site Managers or Foreman who are keen to transition into a new aspect of property, and want to spend less time out in the cold.

Your new role:

• Manage and organise pre-completion home inspections
• Resolve post-completion issues and agree relevant timelines with customers
• Sign-off homes for handover
• Manage handover process
• Record snags and handover completions
• Manage sub-contractors completing remedial works
• Provide relevant documentation to homeowners and sub-contractors
• Ensure documentation is aligned on company systems
• Recognise any patterns of issues with works to preemptively eliminate further issues
• Act as main point of contact for homeowners
• Ensure works are standards compliant
• Travel between sites is required

What you'll need to be successful:

• Previous construction experience is essential - experience as a Foreman or Site Manager is ideal for this position
• Residential Construction Experience
• Previous experience in a client-facing position
• Full Driver's Licence
• Strong technology skills
• Strong communication skills
