Vickerstock are working with a fantastic family run business in their recruitment of a mechanical Contracts Manager. This company delivers construction solutions across a range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Commercial.

Your New Role

In your new role as Contracts Manager you will be responsible for ensuring project requirements are deliver on tie and within budget as well as the procurement of relevant materials and sub contractor packages. You will be directly responsible for the project team and control of labour whilst working closely with the client and contractor to ensure smooth project delivery.

What you will need to Succeed:

• Educated to degree level (or relevant experience)
• Previously held this role
• Organised in your planning.
