  • Opportunities for personal growth and career development

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Collaborating across departments to support a high-performing NPD team.

  • Managing the end-to-end NPD process, ensuring new and re-developed products are launched on time, to brief, and within cost parameters.

  • Building strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the development process.

  • Working closely with Development Chefs and the Commercial team to translate product concepts into scalable factory-ready products.

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer codes of practice during product launches.

  • Supporting R&D projects related to processes, equipment, and product improvement.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years' food industry experience, ideally within product development.

  • Qualification in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of food science, manufacturing processes, and customer ways of working (retail/foodservice).

  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to UK sites/customers as required.
