We're working with a global consulting and engineering firm that provides high-end technical and strategic services across infrastructure, environment, energy, and resource management. With a strong presence in Ireland and the UK, the organisation is known for delivering smart, sustainable solutions to complex projects-helping clients solve their most pressing challenges across the built and natural environment. They are now seeking to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing team
Your new role as an Electrical Engineer
Your input will directly influence energy use, compliance, and user experience. You'll work with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Sustainability Consultants as part of a multi-disciplinary design team. Projects will include education campuses, healthcare refurbishments, commercial builds, and complex retrofits across Northern Ireland and the UK mainland.
What you'll need to succeed as an Electrical Engineer
- Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in a consultancy/M&E design setting
- Solid grasp of relevant codes and regulations (BS7671, CIBSE guides, etc.)
- Familiarity with Revit, Dialux/Relux, and Amtech/Trimble
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead elements of client-facing work
- Ambition to progress toward Chartership (or already Chartered)
