Vickerstock are working in partnership with our client based in Mallusk to assist them with the recruitment of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Our client is a leading global Manufacturer of plastic sprayer/dispensing technology with a customer base all across the globe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrically qualified Engineer with experience gained in a similar environment who would like to secure a role that will allow for a good work life balance, with a level of flexibility around working hours being offered by the company.

Duties will include

• Conducting routine planned maintenance on all site machinery/equipment in line with PPM programmes.
• Respond to and prioritise breakdowns in line with production requirements, carrying out necessary fault-finding and repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Managing and ordering spare parts.
• Taking steps to improve overall manufacturing efficiency by focusing on continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Time-Served Electrical Apprenticeship.
• HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with Injection Moulding machinery.
• Working knowledge of PLC systems and AC/DC motor controls.
