Vickerstock in partnership with a leading food manufacturing company are recruiting for an experienced food industry FACTORY MANAGER.

About the Role

This role requires a strong floor presence and the ability to work closely with Planning, Dispatch, Operations, and Health & Safety teams to ensure production targets are achieved safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be supported by a team of Supervisors and Line Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations in a high-volume processing environment
• Deliver output targets while maintaining quality and food safety standards
• Collaborate with Planning and Dispatch to meet customer demand
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and Irish food safety regulations
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Line Leaders

Qualifications

• At least 5 years proven experience
• in a Factory Manager/Operations Manager or senior production role within food manufacturing
• Experience in poultry, fish, or breaded/processed products desirable
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Experience working in a fast-paced factory environment
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety and food safety compliance
