Vickerstock are working in partnership with a premier Property Developer on the appointment of a Finishing Foreman in Sandyford.

Important info:

This is initially a 12 month contract position. There are intentions to extend that, subject to reviews.

Work is Monday - Friday, however candidates should be prepared to occasionally work on Saturdays if required.

The project:

A high rise residential development (14 storeys) with 2 basement levels. The site is ready to start internals across the building and 2nd fix is due to start imminently

Your new role as Finishing Foreman:

Coordinate subcontractors and trades

Manage finishing work, ensuring compliance with construction designs

Take part in site management meetings

Ensure work is completed to the highest standard

Complete quality and compliance checks

Promote a Healthy and Safe work environment on site

Complete relevant documentation - such as manpower reports

What you'll need to be successful as Finishing Foreman:

5 years experience as a Foreman

Large-scale project experience

Communication & organisation skills

Good to have:

Residential experience

Trade background/degree

First Aid qualifications

High-rise experience
