Vickerstock is partnering with a leading home builder, to hire a General Foreperson for a major residential project in Cork. This is a 2-year fixed term contract with strong career development and top-tier benefits.

The company aims to extend this in to a permanent role following the approval of further projects.

The Role

• Lead Health & Safety on site

• Monitor delivery targets and report weekly

• Attend and contribute to daily whiteboard meetings

• Oversee works from groundworks to external finishes

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics

• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials

• Ensure site quality through continuous inspections

• Prepare daily allocation sheets

• Handover works to Finishing Foreman in line with programme
