Human Resources Administrator (Part Time) | Dromore Co Down


Hybrid Model

Vickerstock are working alongside a long-established Family (Food Manufacturing) business - supplier of delicious food products across the globe - with the appointment of a Human Resources Administrator, for their Dromore based facility

Reporting to the Director this will initially be a part time requirement with the potential for more hours as the role/business further evolves.

The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible. Hours of work will range from 15-22hours (2-3 days) depending on demands

Your new role as Human Resource Administrator will include:

  • Onboarding/induction of all staff
  • Assisting with company recruitment process
  • Preparing employee contracts of employment
  • Ensuring training records are maintained and up to date
  • Ensuring employee handbook is updated
  • HR policies and procedures are evolving with the legislation and are carried out
  • Dealing with employee discipline/grievances with line manager
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure employee personal details are correct and always up to date
  • Preparing quarterly report on staff numbers - turnover, application, reasons for leaving etc

What you'll need to succeed as Human Resource Executive:

  • 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • CIPD Qualified (preferable)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Competent in MS Office applications; Word, Excel
