Human Resources Business Partner

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading, exponentially growing and long-established production organisation in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner for their Head Office based in Cavan.

You will be working alongside their high-performing and collaborative HR team to take responsibility for employee relations, mentoring and policy development.

What will you do ?

As the HR Business Partner you will be have responsibility of providing HR support to the HR team and wider business to work cross functionally in a fast-moving environment. Duties will include;

  • Leading employee relations cases ie. bullying, harassment, absence or under performance investigations
  • Assist in developing, implementing and informing all employees about HR policy implementation
  • Responsible for training management on HR procedures to follow ie. partaking in investigations or performance reviews.
  • Participate in conducting interviews and assist in hiring process
  • Provide the HR Director and Head of HR with informed data to utilise in measuring staff performance, levels of absence and success planning.
  • Manage and conduct leadership coaching of managers and departmental team buildings activities to assist in organisational change.

You will receive a highly-competitive pay and benefits package, which includes:

  • Competitive base salary of up to 52,000 Euros dependent upon experience
  • Annual bonus of up to 10%

What will you require ?

  • Previous experience of leading complex employee relations cases ie. bullying, harassment, dismissal and gross misconduct.
  • Skilled in mentoring managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Obtained significant experience as a HR Business Partner or acted as a Stand-Alone HR Manager
  • Beneficial to have experience of liaising with trade unions
  • Advantageous to have previous experience working within a fast-paced production organisation
