Your New Role as Quantity Surveyor
Working out of our client's Cookstown office, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using excellent commercial judgement and communication skills, you will liaise with clients and work closely with Directors and the Finance team to ensure that budget management of projects are accurate and robust, producing cost-effective outcomes. You will also take on-site measurements, requiring some local travel, 1-2 times per month.

What you need to succeed

  • You will hold a Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or other related discipline*.
  • Demonstrate four years' experience in an Estimating or Quantity Surveying role within a Main Contractor organisation.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.


*HND/HNC or strong construction related experience will also be considered.
