Manufacturing Operator
Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company to recruit a Manufacturing Operator to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience to join a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
The role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will support day-to-day production by operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient production processes while adhering to strict safety and quality procedures.
Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in line with company procedures
• Monitor production processes and carry out routine quality checks
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues
• Record and document production data accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

What you will need

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good technical aptitude and ability to follow procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification desirable)
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
