Vickerstock is proud to partner with a leading food manufacturing client in County Cavan who are continuously innovating and investing in process and product improvements. We are currently recruiting for a New Product Development (NPD) Project Specialist to join their state-of-the-art facility on a 1-year fixed-term basis.

Reporting to the Head of NPD, you will manage a range of assigned NPD projects-spanning product trials, EPD, sustainable packaging, branding, and new product launches. You'll ensure all developments meet legal, quality, safety, and customer standards, from concept through to launch.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
• 2-3 years' experience in food product development
• Previous NPD experience with Irish retailers is essential

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Monday-Friday, office hours
• Potential for one remote day per week
• Competitive salary based on experience
