HR Business Partner (Belfast) (£35k)
Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable, locally renowned and large-scale organisation in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner on a 10-12 month basis. The successful HR Business Partner will report into the Senior HR Business Partner to assist in the delivery of HR Strategy, act as a trusted advisor to across all business departments on HR matters whilst executing HR Projects.

£30,000-35,000 base salary dependent upon experience

What will you do as HR Business Partner?
As the HR Business Partner, you will work alongside the Senior HR Business Partner Partner and HR Administrator to deliver on the HR Strategy, execute on HR Projects and provide HR Support to the organisation's 200 employees. Duties will include;
Acting as a trusted advisor to management regarding employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Devising, updating and reviewing HR policies and procedures regarding changes in employment legislation and company direction.
Assisting the Senior HR Business Partner in the delivery of the HR Strategy regarding recruitment, retention and performance management.
Managing employee sickness absence, including advice and recommendations to departmental managers and direct supervisors.
Reviewing and updating existing learning and development programmes and identify opportunities for improvements and providing recommendations.

What will you require as HR Business Partner?
Undertaken a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a HR Generalist at a similar level
Achieved CIPD Qualification
Obtained a degree
