Permanent (option of 3 or4 or day week)

Vickerstock are proud to be partnering with a well-established, innovation-led healthcare business based in the Ballymena area to recruit a Pharmacy Solutions Specialist. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of pharmacy technology solutions in a company currently going through a major scale-up phase.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is perfect for someone with a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician background who is passionate about customer training, support, and technology adoption. You will play a vital role in enhancing client onboarding and delivering a first-class service experience.

Your day to day

  • Deliver hands-on training on innovative pharmacy automation tools (e.g. robotics, dispensing lockers, eMAR)
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the client lifecycle
  • Support the project management of new installations and upgrades
  • Assist in system testing and provide product feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows and client events
  • Travel (mostly NI/ROI/UK) will be required on occasion for training and support
  • Contribute to service development through insights and improvement suggestions


About You
Essential:

  • Qualified Pharmacist with strong post-qualification experience in a busy pharmacy (happy to speak to Pharmacy Technicians, or someone from ACT, Robot Operator background).
  • A passion for training, knowledge sharing, and customer success
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

And even better if you have this, however not a deal breaker:

  • Experience with pouching robots
  • Experience in providing services to Pharmacies and Care Homes
  • Prior experience in training delivery
