Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading supplier of building products for the recruitment of a Production Planner. Reporting to the Planning Manager you will co-ordinate production planning ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality across the department

Your new role

• Production Planning activities using bespoke software.
• Schedule despatch timelines with accuracy.
• Provide accurate scheduling information to allow for cost effective coordination
• Effectively manage and utilise stocked materials
• Assist in the maintaining of the quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001
• Provide support in the compiling of all the capacity and production plans whilst ensuring that the production plans meet the total business requirements and quality control.

What you'll need

• Experience in a similar position
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office suite including Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCad
