Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of Irelands largest and long-established companies within their specific industry who serve within local, national, UK and middle east markets. They are recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to join them at their site based in Castleblaney, Co Monaghan.

Reporting to the Quality Manager you will be responsible for controlling the day-to-day quality activities in addition to implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.

Criteria

• Degree in Food Science / Food Technology is preferred but not essential.
• Ideally have 2- 3 years' experience in a FMCG environment however full training will be provided so also open to Graduate level.
• Some understanding of HACCP principles and BRC would be great but not essential.

Working hours will be 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday and salary in return will be negotiable depending on experience.
