Your new role as a Quantity Surveyor

Work on multiple projects and programmes

Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability standards are followed

Collaborate with stakeholders

Forecast projects and work on project costing

Monitor ongoing costs

Complete monthly financial reports

Build relationships with clients and negotiate contracts

What you'll need to be successful

5+ years' experience, preferably in Civils

Quantity Surveying Qualifications

Understanding of contracts

A Full Driving Licence

IT proficiency
