Senior Project Manager (NEC) | Belfast

Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary engineering and project management consultancy to recruit for the role of Project Manager to join their growing buildings team. The Belfast office of this national consultancy have been in continual growth mode over the last number of years with project and framework wins creating a wide range of opportunities within the business for both new and existing staff.

Your new role as a Senior Project Manager (NEC)

You will be managing the planning, execution, control, and closure of individual construction projects ensuring all project deliverables are achieved. You will develop and maintain construction project schedules, budgets, performance metrics, status reports and customer submittals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

What you will need to succeed as a Senior Project Manager (NEC)

• A degree in a construction, surveying or engineering discipline;
• Membership of a recognised professional body such as APM, ICE, RIBA or RICS;
• A minimum of 5-years' experience working as a project manager on building projects;
• Strong knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts;
