Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading fit-out contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor

Manage and develop budgets and programmes.

Prepare monthly CVR reports.

Work closely with the Senior Management team to monitor commercial performance.

Value and agree variation costs.

Identify labour and material requirements.

Seek out and agree quotations.

What you'll need to be successful

3rd level degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying or similar.

Previous experience in a QS role or Commercial management.

Strong negotiating skills.

Good to have (but don't worry if not)

Experience with Conquest packages

Previous experience in a Joinery or Manufacturing environment.
