Vickerstock is pleased to be continuing our partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor on the appointment of a Site Manager to work on fit-out, commercial builds and small and medium scale projects.

Responsibilities

Understand building contracts and work with stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery

Issue and apply for relevant permits

Conduct meetings with suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors

Ensure high quality work is carried out

Compile snagging lists

Ensure Health and Safety compliance on site

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Site Management experience

CSCS/CSR card

SMSTS qualified

Commercial, retail, health care, education or new build experience.

Nice to have (don't worry if you don't have these)

First Aid at Work Qualification

Professional accreditation

Fit-out Site Management experience

Temporary Works experience
