Vickerstock is pleased to be continuing our partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor on the appointment of a Site Manager to work on a large scale educational and commercial build in Wolverhampton.

Your new role as Site Manager
Understand building contracts and work with stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery.

Issue and apply for relevant permits.

Conduct meetings with suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors.

Ensure high quality work is carried out.

Compile snagging lists.

Ensure Health and Safety compliance on site.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Site Management experience

CSCS/CSR card

SMSTS qualified

Commercial, retail, health care, education or new build experience.

Nice to have (don't worry if you don't have these)

First Aid at Work Qualification
