Vickerstock is partnering with a leading home builder, to hire a Site Manager for a major residential project in Cork, comprising houses and apartments

The Role

• Lead whiteboard & lookahead meetings.
• Manage Health and Safety onsite and promote a strong safety culture.
• Management of site plant.
• Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors etc.
• Management of sub-contractors.
• Delegate responsibilities across your site team.
• Weekly progress reporting, ensuring work is in line with Programme of Works.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• People management of your site team.

What You'll Need

• Trade background or higher education pathways are welcome to apply

• Previous history of work in Residential Construction

• Experience in site supervision or foreperson roles

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and contractors
